Shooting a series can take up to 10 months, but of course that's usually longer series with 20 episodes. Also that's not accounting for auditions and on.
Usually 1.5-2 weeks per episode.

Of course I was exaggerating the term full-time job, but it's still very many months. Compared to how quick he records an album and goes gold.

Because i work in film and know regular ass crew members on obscure shows making 6 figures a year and the amount of small shyt that no one knows about that he could act on on top of the big shows

and you're underestimating the amount bullshyt musicians have to deal with to even get paid since they don't have a serious union backing them
