Is what I'm saying wrong? It'd be like comparing the Switch 2 after a year to 7 years of Switch 1 content.

The PS4 would've looked about the same if the conversation was being held around March 2018. In early 2018 the PS4 didn't have Spider-Man, God of War, Detroit Become Human, TLOU PT 2, FFVII Remake, Ghosts of Tsushima, Red Dead Redemption 2, Kingdom Hearts 3 etc.

It's silly to compare a generation that still has presumably 2 1/2 years left to a full 7 year generation.

Exclusives became timed exclusives that xbots pretend they don't care about to begin with because they're too busy engorging themselves with their rentals.
Been doing this for more than 30 years at this point.
I know what games I want to play, the ones I want to own, and the ones I'm cool playing a couple times and never again.
Playstation tends to have more of the game that I want to play immediately and the games I want to own.
They added a new Halo 3 rotation to Halo Infinite if ya'll wanna scratch the itch of the greater yester-year.

Everything went to PC.

Even lost Death Stranding and the Final Fantasy exclusives to Xbox.

Now Microsoft can show off The Last of Us next to Halo next to Counter Strike next to Fortnite whenever they wanna show off their new hardware (like the handheld) that promotes and consolidates multiple storefronts.

Won't mean much for them but Nintendo IPs dont look stupid like that. Good for the consumer though. Finally a place where you can play anything you want - outside of Nintendo games.

Gen has been horrible. And so many people have not purchased a PS5. The other day there were a lot of people on r6 siege IG page asking why they haven’t received the new 10 year update. It’s absolutely crazy
