Cac been wanting complete control of the water here... its one of the oldest, most advanced, sewer water systems in the world. Michigan law mandates it be publicly owned.... I feel some legislation coming soon now that cac want it private

But its a trap... its like relocating the hood and hood issues... and taking the resources from west/east subs and placing them and placing initiatives and home owner credits, and historical property grants, and new police resources, and high income tax dollars, and more funding to wayne state, and community programs..... into the gentrification new cac areas.

Then turning around and wonder y all people black and white, r now killing and robbing each other out east, while Detroit becomes a mega city technological powerhouse in 10 years..... w a less than 50% black population.
