Growing up in la we would go in the 90s to Naturals for our food and it was never bad customer service when I went. The owner is cool asf

My experiences have been great. You have to go in knowing Jamaicans (for the most part) aren’t going to be smiling all your face and can be less than friendly at first. Service was always good and food was fire. Big up!!
There’s no in-between with their customer service. It’s either -10 or +10

There’s one in my city where the owner goes back and forth with her negative google reviewers. None of that fake bs that owners usually reply. She basically asks them to pull up.

Sooooooo good haven’t been to a bad one yet and I’ve been in multiple cities.
What’s crazy is my husband does not like Caribbean food at all really but he loves the vibe in Jamaican spots. He’ll stay while I eat and then will go through a drive thru smh.
