I literally stopped watching for a couple months when he teamed with Triple H. That's nothing to say right now but back then it was a big deal cause of how obsessed I was with the product. Looking back the storyline was good but I just hated Triple H so much as a character and the fact that he turned on The Rock.

Bischoff joining the nwo in 1996. I was a youngsta, so I was fully invested in the hostile takeover storyline, and the fact that WCW was fighting for its life against the NWO. Bischoff was such an effective corporate face for WCW, and was alway so convincingly indignant over the NWO's actions. I literally couldnt believe it when he joined them. I was in depression mode when he turned, because I hated the NWO as a kid for the first few months because of the Hogan turn.
