Some go crazy and never make it back

Been there a few times I'm one of the lucky ones that can recover whilst others are in the streets having convos with themselves or someone
That has more to do with prolonged drug use and untreated mental health issues. No shade. I support the mastering of one's self but most people talking to themselves aren't tethered to reality. On another note I don't know why people are opposed to heavy drug use. I'd be up for like three days no food, little water, a lot of coke, a lot of weed, and a lot of nyquil had me find God. I had the most profound thoughts I had in my life when my body was fueled by drugs. I didn't care whether I lived or died though.

I remember being super coked out and being able to feel every cell in my body vibrating. Being in love and on hella drugs is the best feeling in the world. That's what it must feel like to be God. Tuned into everything but above everything. Completely consumed by someone else. I could see her glowing when she came. It was like fukking an angel.
