I mean but I thought most people had common enough sense to not confess to some shyt that is gonna lead to harsh punishment. And save that "it was self defense" bullshyt because if you're not a cac woman who kills her "abusive" husband or an old cac who kills a black person, it isn't gonna work. I know enough nikkas who in prison to know that if I confess I'll get life in prison, if I don't confess and get found guilty, I'll get life in prison. fukk dat, them nikkas gonna have to do their job. Only way I KNOW FOR SURE that I wouldn't be going home that day, is if I confess.

people don't realize that 90% of the evidence they use on you are statements that either you or others make. ALWAYS keep your mouth shut and let a lawyer speak for you. giving a statement will ALWAYS make it worse, and there is absolutely no talking your way out of a crime.
