I have like 8 homies and multiple family members that have been through the legal system for serious sh1t so they gamed me up. For example I have a homie that got into a full fledged shoot out with the swat team (all praises due to Allah he made it out alive),he took it to trial and walked with resisting arrest. I got a homie doing 12 for a murder and 2 of my other homeboys got life. The one that got 12 didn't confess to sh1t like the other 2 and took it to trial. This was in 06 and he got parole so he will be home late 2014. If no one talks, everyone walks/ get a release date, live by it.

Lol...well I definitely know..most cases,rely heavily on witnesses..

Yeah but they should, niccas refuse to read though unless its a fukkin hip hop magazine... Everything I have ever done that's illegal I always look at the min and max sentence to see if I can live with what I get if I get caught. I'm kinda glad brothas are finally getting away from that crack to do sh1t with larger rewards and minimal jail time. I just take my ass to work every morning to skate all that sh1t though.

man i know its easy to say "if i was in that position......."

but if you never been in that interrogation room then you wont understand

i was in a situation that i aint even gonna discuss

but it was a murder and there were lies told about what actually happen

when you get in that room they pull up everything associated with you and that shyt is nerve rackin

they start throwin numbers out there and you panic

i stayed strong cause i knew i was good

but it was nikkas that went it that was associated with what happen that folded

of course theey charges was gonna be a lot more severe

Damn near everybody has heard the line "you have the right to remain silent, anything you say can be used against you in a court of law" before.....problem is some nikkas don't even understand what all of that means, as simple as it may seem to others

Suspect is innocent until proven guilty no matter what race. There are plenty of innocent people in prison and people in prison for life just because their stupid ass friend decided to kill someone in their presence. And sometimes when you live in rough environments, you have to shoot or get shot. It's self defense but a lot of times they rather get that murder 1 because all prosecutors care about his convictions, not justice.
