What if a law was passed that you couldn't have kids unless you were married for 5 years?

What would the government do if you had a child?
Abortion. Take the baby and put into foster care. Put you in prison?
It is taking away human rights. It's a very communist thing to do.

I only mentioned high monetary penalties that will impact your finances

Never said any of the stuff you're mentioning

What if the person is homeless and penniless?
What kind of financial penalty would the person be scared of?

Would never work, on top of that it's completely impeding on people's rights to do what they want in their own marriage. I could see possibly creating a law that says people must be married before they have children, but waiting five years? That's way too intrusive. Matter of fact any policy, policing when couples have children is very intrusive IMO. People will break the law, left and right.

Have you read the Bible breh? They had strict laws on premarital sex for women. They stoned them to death for cheating.

And they still had whores like @Nicole0416 birthing Fatherless unclaimed b*stards :heh:

Didn't you make an announcement in the other thread that you had me on ignore??? You emotional fuk.
Shut the fuk up and stop randomly mentioning me from thread to thread. You don't know me or my family. Your mother's a whore, you should know , she made you in her own likeness - you're bytchmade with rejected ho tendencies. You don't act like a man, she raised you. tell your father to do better, I know he's tired of looking at that washed housemaid mother of yours but ummm speaking of babies, have your father come see me so I can give him the son that he never had.

- The law/government getting involved in parental custody of a child is "intrusive"
- The law/government getting involved in child support and how much money is considered sufficient for a parent to pay is "intrusive"
- The law/government getting involved in marital divorce is "intrusive"

They've already crossed the line of being intrusive, so :manny:

So you're ok with a homeless person being in custody of a child? :picard:
No, I don't.
The question is, what if he does? What kind of penalty is the government going to charge him with? If the penalty is money and he doesn't have any, then what?

Instead, where are we on male birth control. Men say they think about sex CONSTANTLY. Waaaaaaay more than women do right? Welp they desperately need a safe, non-intrusiv, reversible sterilization option.

Provide men with financial benefits for use of male birth control. Tax breaks...

Or

If I had my way it would be a vaccination that made men and women sterile until they were
A.) over age of 21
B.) married and/or
C.) consented fully to wanting to have and raising a child and demonstrated a social/financial plan for doing so.

That way you can fukk until ur hearts content, no fear or unwanted pregnancy. U only get pregnant is u absolutely want to.

The reason I chose the marriage method is that your options would be centered around alot funding, harder to enforce those rules, and lake of societal backing

The 5 year Marriage law is literally no funding needed for it, easier to enforce/proof of a marriage certificate, and society has been used to the institution of marriage since maybe a couple thousand years ago, so it won't seem far-fetched to the general public. And its not gender specific. Also it promotes family which would be an easier selling point to the public
