Besides it making absolutely no sense for all parties involved and the fukked up logistics
This isn't pre historical times where groups of people can migrate and set up somewhere else

Why would we do that when have enormous cities in Africa....all that is required is the infrastructure and a different mindset (could be good and/or bad)

I was hearing the other day, that alot of laborers that China sends to other countries are prisoners (sort of)......basically they pay their dues by doing work in whatever country they are in and after the project is over, they are allowed to obtain nearly instaneous citizenship in the country they are in. ......... anybody heard about this

They were prisoners some of them and were paying dues back to the state by working for free in state run companies operating abroad. The citizenship one isnt quite that simple. Also many nations are paranoid of them because of their huge numbers. There are usually conflicts between the governments and the locals who dont want them.
Living in china is just asking for trouble.

In a few careless countries and in small number that will be phased out.
