Just imagine getting 5-10,000 able bodied,educated/ skilled blacks who are all completely invested into creating a city of their own, that does not rely on anything outside of the community to sustain itself outside of the water/electrical grid.

OK, cool, I don't see how not wanting to leave my established life in the most powerful country in the world where everyone I know lives makes me one of 'those' as you put it. Even if my ancestors were brought here against their will on slave ships, and racism is still widespread here, I would rather fix problems than run from them.
