Israel doesnt even practice this to be real. Go research how they treated Jews from North Africa and elsewhere over Jews from Europe in the beginning, and how they treat "non white" Jews now. Just b/c you are a Jew doesnt mean free citizenship in that place.
The chinese government basically just builds and builds in order to drive the economy. Its just a huge construction bubble that will burst sooner than later. Most of their population can't afford to leave their current situations and inhabit these places and foreign investment into them is not booming as planned either.
