He'd be dropped and never heard from again like 99% of aftermath artists.
Some of these guys aren't built to take direction. There are "underground" artists like Chino XL & Jean Grae who could potentially be tweaked/reshaped into a digestible commercial format. But they would probably end up horribly unhappy, because they can't fully express themselves through their art. Rap stardom never seemed like a priority for Chino, so I doubt it would have worked out.
Probably wouldn't have been as big as Eminem cause Eminem was white but Chino is better than Eminem to me, as is Last Emperor. Chino would have probably been bigger himself though, even though he has still made his legacy, Ricanstruction was an album I really enjoyed, I think Chino regards that as his favourite album he's done too.

chino xl imo baited mc's chino xl is not a battle mc like eminem is eminem did it the right way and came at mc's through rap olympics and battled mc the correct way
so how u saying he birthed eminem makes no sense to me.

I like Chino better than Em overall, but you're reaching with this. Em's style is a mix of Masta Ace plus Kool G Rap. Chino's style is Kool G Rap mixed with Mein Kampf-esque run-on sentences.
What does that have to do with anything? Let's say if Andre where interested. Chino wouldn't release an album. Probably would have been used as a ghostwriter.
Aftermath has always been sales conscious. They only release albums from artist they have confidence in. Aftermath has been around for nearly 20 years & has only released 21 albums. The artists that disappointed as far as sales where immediately dropped (truth hurts, busta). It's almost impossible to get an album released in that camp.
