I literally had a nikka with less than 1000 pos rep tell me I'm lucky rep is disabled
I told him my rep is over 6 times his and he didn't reply. Those nikkas gettin reckless.

Rep and its comments make everything more personal, but it also makes people play it safer which takes away some of the fun and honesty from the board. I'm indifferent personally. If they do decide to get rid of the feature, I think that people's existing rep should still be displayed. I think it's still a good way to gauge the type of poster we're dealing with regardless of how they may have come about arriving at this point.

Really, it doesn't mean anything.
Some members get a neg train and end up with -2000 or something crazy. They just post here just like those with +2000. Some mods with super neg powers just drop a mega -100 or something just for punishment.
