Chad Johnson compares Randy Moss to Usain Bolt

Randy Moss would have gotten those records before Bolt had he focused on track instead of football.

It was unreal how big and fast he was. He was basically what Bolt would have been if he'd been born in the United States and focused on football.

Randy Moss would have been a sprinter if he'd been born in Jamaica.

Moss ran a 10.94 as a sophomore in HS. With the right Olympic-level training and nutrition, he would have been sub-10 by 18.

Then, at FSU, after training for only three days with the track team, the breh did this!

Moss hadn't run competitively for four years and just came out there and beasted.

Not taking anything away from Bolt, but Moss would have gotten there first.

21:15 is not that impressive...bolt ran a sub 21 as a 15 year old

The coli really makes me laugh, you either have it or don't. Just being .5 of a second to late is the difference between world class at 10 flat and average as hell at 10.5

Usain is a one in a lifetime type athlete.

The 8th place finisher in the finals of the 100m man would smoke every nfler in a 100 m race

Well Moss is probably the most talented athlete to play in the NFL so to say Moss couldve done it doesnt really take much away from Bolt. And no athlete today could beat Bolt in a race training or no training :yeshrug:. Although a Moss, Bo Jackson type could challenge him all time if they focused solely on track.

even if you focus on track you just can't better your times to Olympic sub ten levels. A qb no matter how much time he trains, studies his playbook etc. Doesn't mean he will make it to the NFL, same for any other sport professionally.

Yeah you can get stronger and better but you need the God given talent as well.

Lol. Where did you pull that fact from? Bolt didn't run sub-20 until he was 18.

Moss hadn't trained or run competitively for four years when he ran that 21:15 at 18!

Shows up, trains for three days and proceeds to run one of the fastest amateur times that year.

If Moss had dedicated himself to track from 14-18, that 21:15 would have been much lower.

Noah Lyles is only focusing on track with the best possible training possible.

Moss, back in 1992 was running track, playing basketball, playing baseball, etc all at a high level in bum ass West Virginia.

He ran track only his sophomore year in high school and set records. He would have shaved those times down by the time he was a senior in high school just as Bolt shaved his times down over time.
