This tweet got me thinking.

One of my followers posted a reply to a tweet that said that Black Americans got far more medals than their white counterparts. I dunno if the numbers are exact and it comes from a Chinese propaganda post, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was facts. It says we contributed to 3/4 of the US's total medal count.



But someone said what if there was a Pan-African Olympic team.




African and AD athletes all on one team? We're setting records if that's the case.

I was on thread and they were debating about why America ranked above china in this Olympics and a couple comments were saying that it was Africans in track and field that helped America win gold medals and it’s unfair as America borrows people from other places.

Black Americans are American as they come yet some of these people see you as outsiders smh

HBCUs can't even compete with power 5 conferences. Got nikkas begging five star talent to forsake their future for a HBCU program. What in the world makes you think that internationally, you'd all of a sudden become this force because it's a gang of black people on the team? .

Would be kind of boring, even with a united African Federation, I like the idea of Olympic teams by area... makes it more fun
