The same African genes is why ADOS, are great athletes in the first place. Africa is the biggest emerging market for any physical sport, because you get the genes with a lack of infrastructure and economy, the genes plus infrastructure equals sporting excellence.

I’m never really a fan of non black organisations and their poaching or interest in African people and resources though.

ADOS men need to find another thing to excel at now. Science perhaps, the arts, some other form of non entertainment related avenue? Give it the same level of profile and visibility given to sports. Personally this is going to be a good look in the long run for ADOS men. More S.James Gates' .
