In the 1940's and 1950's the Black home was tighter from what I remember. Things started to get rough in the 70's. However, Blacks would attend church every Sunday and value education. Conservatism is conserving traditional values. That's basically what it is. For me, I was a moderate conservative until 2011.
From what you remember :dead:

What the fukk could you remember about the 40's or 50's?

And what exactly are they trying to "conserve"?
:lupe:

They're "conserving" white men's position in power.

Black Conservatives often believe in traditional values like two parent home, conserving religious values, and are for businesses (mainly small/entrepreneurship). I use to be a Black Conservative years ago while I was finding myself. Some of those values I still have even though they toned down now. Like, I do believe in family & marriage.

My boy @CACtain Planet can give you a better explanation though.

Bullshyt, they're agents of white supremacy. Anyone who calls himself a "black conservative" in 2017 is suspect.

See, where I grew up we had this thing called a village. The old folk would pass stories down to the youngfolk. My parents told me what things were like in their time and parents time. Also, I researched my history for myself, so I know.

Thats's not a fair assessment brotha. Every Black person is NOT the same. There's good parts and bad parts in all ideologies. Uncle Sambos are that Sambos.

You didn't learn shyt. And you didn't research shyt. If you bothered to research or learn anything, you wouldn't believe the first thing that you read on the internet without evidence. You wouldn't be a Bernie supporter then a Trump apologist. You would be an independent thinker. That's why when you say some stupid shyt like the Black family was tighter in the 40's or 50's, I can easily call you out because I know you just read or heard that from someones post or some other unverified source on the Internet.

I'm not trying to be an a$$hole but you need to understand this. If you want to know the truth about things just research them yourself. The truth is more boring than The Coli. Start with Wikipedia if you have to. Just make sure you read some academic sources and challenge your own views. Then you can start formulating your own opinions and not just regurgitate whatever you just read, which is what it seems like you do.

Show me one "black conservative" in 2017 who's NOT a c00n.
You mean new age ones or old ones? Only one I kinda respect is that Thomas Sowell dude. I mainly follow the left wing ideology. However, BOTH could be compromised to help the Black Community which is the end goal. We gotta stop beefin with our brothas is how I feel. I'm also tired of the word "c00n" just because someone disagrees with another.

Basically a group of people who adopted or assimilated into the values of America and manage to see past the eons of transgressions that conservative and liberal policies and practices have had on them as an individual. Juan Williams and Thomas Sowell come to mind to me.

But I honestly think that Black conservatives who are to some extent racially conscious live in this ideological catch 22 particularly with the rise of (granted fringe at this point) extreme right wing and nationalist populism ideologies rearing their unneeded head because essentially that's apart of their beliefs that they in a sense have adopted just a more toned down equivalent.

Like anything in politics tho it's never that cut and dry. A Lot of philosophies and personal beliefs tend to overlap a lot.

As an example, your Khalid Muhammads of yesteryear and Richard Spencer's of today would find a lot of common ground despite what we'd think to be contrary.

Nah. Black separatists want community empowerment, White nationalist want domination over everyone else, because their White supremacist ideals dont allow for separate & equal. That will always be the fundamental moral difference between our hardliners & theirs. The most militant Black nationalists have a protectionist, defensive mindset, White supremacists thrive off control and domination of everything around them. Thats why these people get hysterical whenever Black people talk about Black money staying in Black hands.

"LEFT WING" "RIGHT WING" dont none of this "wing" ish have anything to do with Black People. The White Political Spectrum was not created with Black People in mind so why subscribe to it? Why would anyone subscribe to a Political Spectrum and that was run by the same people that enslaved them?

Now I will say this, I`m not here to tell people what to do, and I made this place to more so understand the logic behind Black People in America or the West in general aligning to White Political structures.

At the end of the day being that my Parents are not African American and my Direct Ancestors were not slaves (as in my ancestral paternal and maternal linage because my ancestral aunts, uncles, and cousins were captured and made slaves), I can not tell people who have a history in America what they should believe and at the end of the day they have their right, but I just don't see the logic in it.

When you look at Blacks around the world whether it be in Africa, or America or anywhere else there is detailed history of Blacks starting their own independent political movements that catered 100% to other blacks who were on the same page as them, so it is not like there is not a history Blacks in the west creating their own independent movements. I personal think anyone Black in America that defines themselves as a Democrat or Republican is an idiot but what do I know. I can respect someone who defines themselves as Independent (being that there is not "Black" political party that meets the interest of a group of like minded people) and backs a candidate who shares their ideals, but the blind Party whoring is disgusting.

I'm not aligned with any party and I hardly read all of that. I said what my ideology is. You can have your views and others have theirs. However, I DO NOT accept you or anyone else insulting others for their beliefs. It's disrespectful as hell.

Peace.
