The Bible says that the only unforgivable sin is blaspheming against the Holy Spirit.

The Bible does not, however, explain what it means to blaspheme against the Holy Spirit, so... Good luck, hopefully you don't accidentally do whatever that is.

Do we share sins or is it a individual thing only
The sins of your father will visit you but youre responsible for your own sins.

Meaning if your dad created beef and someone came to kill you, that's on him even though you may be paralyzed in the process.

And you being paralyzed doesn't mean you won't be judged according to your works before you die. They'll be some crippled people burning in hell too.

:damn:

Or any law written by one claiming to be God.. A lot of the western religions at least has some type of righteous law their followers must keep. So even if the religious people kept their commandments, according to their doctrine, the world would be halfway better..

When white supremacy invaded religion(s), they compromised righteousness in their interpretations. For a reason too.
do you find a flaw in the Mosaic law? :jbhmm:

its important to understand that its highly likely that before Moses law, it could have been wild west type thinking everywhere

Not at all. Im proclaiming there are many religions that have laws in the western world. A majority of them Abrahamic with a set of laws.. Im jush pointing out if everyone keep their own laws, the country would be a little better than it is now.

thats difficult to answer because sometimes we do things to other people/family that we dont realize is wicked. Then when that thing turns into a behavior in them it could be argued that we shared a sin with them

that said, if you do right by people close to you and far you don't have much to worry about especially if you do things out of love for God.

people tend to do what Im gonna coin as "toolism"

when they observe someone saying something but instead of considering what is said. They analyze the act of them saying something and make that their own

IE i said this in the illusion thread that "Thou shalt not" is markedly different from "I shall not"

When you read: you shall not kill or you shall not etc its a message from God on the page to you. But there are some people that actually look at this in a whole different angle which can be wicked. Like I said, escapism to me is a high level sickness.

what other angles can "thou shalt not" be taken? You either do or you don't. If God says thou shalt not, then that translates to I shall not, if I believe in the author of the words on that page.

I ask cause I was wondering if we wash away our sins are we also washing away sins from outside sources?

When I made this thread this morning I was daydreaming about a twilight zone story with one of the overarching themes being about sins

i think its better to consider what condition you leave your neighbor in after an action

if its in a condition that you would not want...how would you change your action?
