Okay, so is it more accurate to say:

“False. There is no such thing as “African American Culture”. They live in all 50 states with thousands of different backgrounds”

:jbhmm:
Naw. African-Americans are a uniform ethnic group within a country. There is no such thing as a uniform Africa ethnic group rather there are thousands of different ethnic groups.
North Africans have more in common with Arabs/Middle-Easterners than Africans in other parts of the continent.

Black Brits have a serious inferiority complex. What culture of their own are these guys talking about?:russ:

Sure they may use "mandem", "peng" "bombaclot". But that shyt all originated from Jamaica. :russ:

Their most popular actor had to come to AMERICA and change his accent to make his name globally. :russ:

Everything they have are all from their parents countries of origin or overconsumption of AA culture. They have created NOTHING original to themselves.

lol.... actually its Americans that have an inferiority complex and your post highlights it ..... lol

Americans seem to think that the world starts and ends with them and any indication it doesnt seems to make them furious ...

difference between Americans and British is simple... black british people embrace other cultures because they arent insecure about their own...

lots of black british slang originated in jamaica and a lot of it didnt .... difference is unlike you Yanks Black British people dont care, we arent on the divide nonsense that you guys are into ..... just as many Africans listen to dancehall as carribeans listen to Afrobeat

Thats why I always preferred the UK even though I was born stateside ..... Americans (of all colours) are generally too closed minded and insular for my liking .....

"If you hot in em what you buyin em for?" - J Dilla

If you have to BEG people to cosign your culture, are you even that important?

Who's looking for a co-sign tho?

No one in this thread is reaching
The tweet in the OP isn't exactly looking for American approval either
