Islam has nothing to do with a language or region...it's very definition dictates that it is the original religion of the original people...black people's beginnings cannot be traced. We were brought into existence because that's what God wanted...It was his will...and we submitted to it:blessed:

This is all nonsense. The Koran is written in Arabic and gives Arabs special mention and dispensation in its volumes likely because Islam originates from Arabia. Even Mecca is in Arabia.

Arab isn't a race tho it's a cultural linguistic group.

Arabs are a Eurasian group traced to the Middle East. Presumably when Islamic text mentions Arabs, it references the Eurasians for the middle East where the book was likely authored.

Good post.

Not only that, but the Ancient Egyptians believed Ra was the creator of the universe and studied the universe in depth iirc.

Lets not also forget other indigenous religions of Africa such as Vodun, Orisha(btw are you Yoruba? Been researching a lot about Orisha lately), Dogon religion, Nilotic religion, etc.
Naw I'm Igbo. But i'm about to do some research on the Orisha system as well. Any good sources you've come across regarding the Orisha religion?

The Koran is written in Arabic, which is a language that originates in the Middle East. So that's likely where Islam began.

The Pharaohs were not worshipped as gods by the ancient black Egyptians. Rather nature was worshipped and represented in several god forms:
Name God of
Nephthys Funerary goddess
Consort of Seth, mother of Anubis
Nekhbet vulture goddess Sister of Wadjet
Nut Goddess of sky and stars Wife of Geb
Osiris God of the underworld
Etc.
No, the Pharoahs absolutely were considered essentially God in Human form. They were worshipped and praised as holy beings. The temples and everything were constructed as temples of worship to themselves. There were a few Egyptian Pharoas that deflected the worship away from themselves and instead focused on worshipping the Sun( aka Aten) One pharoah in particular named Akenaten 1336 BC tried to convert egyptians from polytheism to monothesium (Sun worship), but after his death the trend went back to polytheism

Fact 2: Several religions in both Africa and the Americas share the same divination system ( the attempt to gain insight into a question or situation such as your future). It is called Ifá in Yoruba. Afá in Igbo and Ewe. It is also used in the Santeria, Candomble, Palo, Umbundu and Vodou religions. This may indicate shared origins in West Africa that have been blended into other religions during the Slave Trade.

Fact 3: The word Zumbi comes from the Kongo (an ethnic group in Angola and the DRC) meaning spirit. In the Americas, it's taken on many different meanings. In Haiti, Zumbi or Zombie are the dead brought back to life as undead slaves. In Brazil, Zumbi was the famous king of the Quilombo of Palmares.

So much misinformation as usual.

Anyway, you can't say Islam wasn't beneficial to blacks because it is beneficial to ALL races.

Qur'an 49:13
O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted.

Prophet Muhammad's last sermon
O people! Your God is one and your forefather (Adam) is one. An Arab is not better than a non-Arab and a non-Arab is not better than an Arab, and a red (i.e. white tinged with red) person is not better than a black person and a black person is not better than a red person, except in piety.

However, culturally-speaking, of course there have been racial injustices. I'm an Arab (Palestinian/Jordanian) and I fully acknowledge the abhorrent slavery of black people, although it doesn't necessarily relate to my particular people. It was the people of the Arabian Peninsula e.g. Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait etc. and then throughout North and East Africa too.

So this is just to clear any misconceptions about how Islam as a religion has hindered black people. It hasn't. But of course humans are erroneous and corrupt beings and will manipulate ideological structures to exert racial superiority over others. That is unfortunately the reality of the situation.

Ancient Africans believed the universe was birthed from itself (primordial waters). From there, several sets of "Gods" we're created, then those gods eventually interacted with humans. From there we went from giving thanks to the Creator's many forms (water, sun, different animals), to actually worshipping animals, the sun, etc etc. Sort of like how Hebrews went from worshipping God, to worshipping Idols:mjpls:. Sort of like how enslaved Africans went from worshipping God to our modern forms of idol worship :mjpls:.

Anyways this is why it's important to look at actual dates when talking about ancient cultures. One can't simply say "ancient Egyptians/Africans worshipped many gods, because then you're ignoring that anient Egyptian civilization spanned from at least 4000BCE-600BCE before invaders began their take over. So much changed in that time period and it would be silly to look at it under the same light.

Arabic is a Semetic language. Proto-Semetic languages (and people) originated in north/east Africa before Arabs or "middle easteners" existed. Even if Arabic itself wasn't created in Africa, the people that birthed so-called Arabs, also gave them the blueprint, and those people we're African. Those Africans also called God "Allah" before Islam existed in the way we know it now. Finally, Hametic languages are said to come from the same stock as Semetic languages and Hametic languages are without a doubt African in origin.
