The whole concept of a "dime" was eliminated in the early/mid 2000's once breast and butt augmentation became normalized in the black community.
I saw dimes in the 90's and I know they were 100% real. Nowadays, there's no telling.

Average are folks that are in the 4-7 range of 1 thru 10 with 10 being the highest. Dimes are mostly considered 10's to be real or maybe 9-10.
Most people are average range and looks are subjective so a 5 to one may be a 7 or 8 to another. It varies.
