I remember (sohh) hip-hop thread putting me on to new shyt. Having debates and hidden gems. Knowledge being pushed from all directions. Now The Booth was always more great debates with great album reviews etc. I think its because music is legit trash now. I rarely visit there.
I remember posting up my mixes I've made. Worked so hard on them and that shyt didn't get much buzz what so ever. Maybe because I'm not popular on here etc. Or my thread title wasn't catchy. I had some supporters who @ me when it comes to music though.
I kinda settled in that I'm and selectively out of touch with this hip-hop shyt. I used to argue it to death. We have spotify now and music is so disposable at this point. We've been spoon fed and spoiled to the point where we don't want that Big Mac no more. Being a kid craving fast food cause ur mom got it for u on Fridays when that check came in. Now u don't want it cause ur older with other options. It don't mean much now. That's the state of this shyt.

That’s that cac shyt I can’t stand man. It’s like when I watch clips from The Wire on Youtube, and in the comments cacs are breaking down the scenes like it’s a Shakespeare act when it’s just hood nikkas doing hood things.
They force themselves on our culture and try to make themselves seem smarter than we are but oversimplifying things and act like they know about our stuff better than we do.
