how can the #1 overall pick be so flawed?????
that's TERRIBLE scouting by the sixers.
thats mental. if you forget how to use your muscles a certain way...its always mental. thats why brain injuries (strokes, degenerative diseases, trauma) often result in muscle issues. he has some type of mental block going onI don't think it's mental, he simply lost his form and is trying to find it again. I think some of the problem is that they were trying to change his freethrow form, and that somehow found it's way into his normal mechanics, whoever his trainer is should be let go immediately though. You can't have someone working with him trying to change his shot like that, he's a professional but at the end of the day he is only 19 and probably just did whatever the trainer said. His form was fine before, a little slow but you could speed that up, it takes a moron to suggest reworking the shot completely in 3 months.

at trying to compare stroke victims to someone losing their jumper. He spent several months shooting with a new form, he basically stopped using his college jumper as soon as the season was over, he came into summer league with a shot more in line with his face where as his college jumper was high and over his head. He changed his shot and can't get the old one back, it's like someone ruining their swing during the home run derby, except he spent months shooting with a new shot.how can the #1 overall pick be so flawed?????

I know you like to say the opposite of what I say, butat trying to compare stroke victims to someone losing their jumper. if there is no physical damage it is mental. this is science. when you lose a form, its simply something mental preventing your brain from directing your muscles to behave how they once did. and I used the stroke example to lllustrate how the brain controls motor function. you saying it isnt mental makes zero sense

I used the stroke, degenerative brain condition, trauma examples to illustrate how the brain can be responsible for physical problems. wasnt trying to be insensitive to stroke victims, but its something I know people understand.
The stroke comparison breh I’m DONE
It just came out funny bro. I get what you’re saying. Maybe a little off the mark but you explained it betterI used the stroke, degenerative brain condition, trauma examples to illustrate how the brain can be responsible for physical problems. wasnt trying to be insensitive to stroke victims, but its something I know people understand.

If it's muscle memory how then are you going to just act like months of shooting with a new form, then just going back to the old one will be as easy as just firing them shyts up
When someone comes back off an injury and shoots like shyt is it mental, or is it lack of reps and a degradation of skills? And he STILL isn't using his old form, he wants the Curry/Trae Young 1 motion shot.

science >>> whatever you are trying to get at here. again, the purpose of a comparrison is to explain how something works...oxygen deprivation, trauma force, etc..whatever it may be..the point is the brain is responsible for muscular actions, and in cases where there is no physical damage..if an athlete loses his form, its mental. stop using semantics to make it appear as if im comparing dude to a stroke victim im simply using a well-known condition to explain how the brain effects muscular actions. and you know that youre just being intellectually dishonest. degradation of skills is mental as well, when there is no physical damage. athletes perform reps to get stronger obviously but more importantly to sharpen the brains ability to control and expect those movements. nobody trying to be contrarian, youre just flat out wrong..his coach basically alluded to it days agoBaseball players fukk up their swing doing the homerun derby for 20 mins, you're trying to compare oxygen deprivation to someone who is trying to find their formIf it's muscle memory how then are you going to just act like months of shooting with a new form, then just going back to the old one will be as easy as just firing them shyts up

Your contrarian shtick to whatever I say is corny bro, I forgot what other ridiculous shyt you said the last time, now I gotta search.
