Yes we all seek attention in some form. But I think breh is talking people that are on some abnormal attention whoring shyt. Doing any and everything to draw attention to themselves.

we all want some attention but when this spills over into actively chasing it and attention whoring this stems from a feeling of personal lack. always best to work on yourself and garner attention that way.
