Folks forget that during the 05-08' era, rappers were literally making songs to be sold as fukking ringtones. Ringtone rap. That's why the beats and production values sound the way they do in mainstream rap from that era. And of all the rappers who made ringtone rap look like they rode the short bus to school and could be found loitering outside the local mall food court McDonalds with a ghetto ass chaperone telling them to shut the fukk up. Fabo and the 07' Soulja actually looked, dressed, talked and acted like they were special needs people. I remember Soulja Boy killed the whole Bathing Ape head to toe look popularized by Pharrell and Wayne overnight because he looked legit retarded talmbout "I got me some Bathing Apes" with his name written in white out on the lenses of gas station sunglasses.

Lot of trap is generic as hell but worse than snaps over sum casio shyt ..FOH. At least some trap shyt has heavy bass and some aggression to it.
