Have you ever been around old money?
There's an atmosphere and mindset of preservation. Its that spoiled, but still successful in all endeavors. Its charming without tricking. Especially with old Black money, which is rare. Old money is having connections the moment you take your first breath, and more bridges than you could possibly burn. Its wealthy without being gaudy, and its being able to have the wealth lifestyle with proper guidance so you don't make the same mistake as new money athletes and musicians. I deal with old money types everyday at work and school.
Tech money doesn't come with as many hanger-ons. You know how easy it would be to become a tech millionaire and no one you know has any idea? You can slide through and not a soul, but maybe a few aware programmers will know who you are, its wealth in a place where you have easy access to more and more wealth.
I'd rather be born into old-money, or become a tech millionaire/billionaire, than become wealthy in a more visible, or more stressful,. soul-sucking profession.

Man I'm going to keep it plain and simple I just disagree with you and anybody kicking this stuff about new/old money. Money is money old/new don't matter. Yeah people spend it in different ways so what? Its no certain way you have to spend it. Also fam you kinda ranting because my post wasn't about old/new money vs being a celebrity. It was about being old/new money and people saying the silliness of old money is better coming from people that have no real connection to either lifestyle more often than not. Also let's not compare what a person who got rich in their 20-30's is doing to a person that's been rich or got rich when they were 60+. We wouldn't do that with much of anything else so why is it applicable here?
Watches are the easiest kickstarter hustle. Almost every kickstarter watch is a ripped off design from some shyt you can find on alibaba. If you're really inclined, copy everything the successful ones did. Make up a story and find bloggers and online media that'll promote it for you.I been wathcing Shark tank and on kickstarter for the past few weeks coming up with ideas to rip off

I always wanted to be rich rather than famous. Jay-Z can't go nowhere without causing commotion, can't take a piss without some faggit handing him his mixtape. That has to be tiring. On the other hand, who're the founders of Youtube? All three of them are worth 8-9 figures and outside of people who care to know and research them, they're complete ghosts. Hell, Wall Street is full of cacs who're rich as fukk and no one outside of the finance game could even tell them apart.

it's all about how you make it and how you live when you got it
it can be a problem if you have to work 100 hours a week, killing yourself for every dollar... staying up till 5 am every night searching for every dollar to be made, every investment... constantly focused on you money more than your kids... then you get it and flaunt it or spend it stupidly or invite every 5th cousin along to enjoy it...
well yea it's gonna fukking suck... and yet STILL be better than living off section 8 and welfare
but if you can do it rather easily... and no it's not easy.. but then again, everyone won't get rich, lets face it... but if you are one of those people that have a talent, or invent something, or invest in the right company at the right time.... then manage it right, only fukk with those who are loyal, and enjoy life.... i'm damn sure it can be VERY rewarding and extremely fun
