Gore was averaging over 5 yards per carry yesterday against 2nd best run D in the league. Gore is arguably having as good a season as he has had in last 3 years. line is still a beast in run block, best in the league. theyre facing 9 man fronts and still opening up holes for RBs. pass block, they have some issues, mostly AD, but really...theyre above average in pass pro

playcalling is a big culprit, yes. but dont bring the oline into this

Thank you, to shyt on the o-line for Kaep's performance is some real bytch shyt.

Dudes throwing the team under the bus to bailout Colin. fukk that.

Kaep's failures are even more egregious when you think about how good the run game has been

Oline seems to be the biggest scapegoat, every thread about the poor performance of a QB/RB there's always someone pointing to the oline. The struglly cuts thread for example

Kaepernick is scrambling. It's just that he's doesn't have the Moses parting sea lanes he had last year with the read option. Kaepernick is a smart runner and takes experienced angles, that's why he seems so fast despite running only an average speed (but fast for a quarterback).

its really hilarious. at least indy line is really not good. Niners oline is as good as it comes in run block, them and Gore have been facing 9 man fronts the HIGHEST % of plays in the league
like Ive said in the other thread, reminds me how raiders fans blamed their oline for 10 sacks against the chiefs when
TP was running in backfield like a headless chicken against best pass rush in the NFL

teams just blitz us because they know colin will run outside at first sign of pressure.
the last drive yesterday prime example. no timeouts, over a minute left for FG
they blitz, colin senses pressure. instead of throwing the fukking ball away he tries outside, gets tackled by
the end, has to get up with clock running and throws game ending pick

its football 101. throw the ball away, clock stops and you got 3 more downs to make shyt happen

It seems Colin rarely will ever throw it away.

The final 2 plays made me fukking sick to my stomach, it was like a summary of why he has sucked this season.

Nervous, no pocket presence, running into a sack, not throwing it away and that leading to a pick.

I had zero faith in us on that final drive, and he just reassured all my feelings and the worst part is we can be down 3 to a tough team and it just feels like a loss. Between this game and the Colts game they felt like inevitable losses the whole 2nd half.

Smith wins games though...
This is how I see it:

Smith goes through his progression at a better-than-average rate, and possesses excellent short accuracy and mobility. He can move the ball like a short passing Brady without turnovers.

Maybe all the hype has gotten to Kaepernick and he thinks he can beat guys around the edge every time.

This is untrue. He is very mobile and has a strong football mind. He's deff not accurate.

If joe flacco got 100 mill so is everybody else

I wonder if the player union will ask for QB max contract. These other positions getting dikked.

Flacco helped his squad win a ring and raked them over the coals for that. As a QB, if you help the squad get a ring, you're going to get PAID. Flacco to me was always average to above average and got hot in the playoffs. But what could the Ravens have done? Let him walk? They had no choice. Shoulda worked out a deal sooner.
