Doesn't seem like he has the mental to handle the pressure his pops is putting on him.

Hate to say it but its true. his pops set him up for failure with the unrealistic expectations. Now they trying to walk it back with the "give him time he is just a rookie narrative" but the damage is done. It's too late.

My biggest worry about him is that lack of aggressiveness. When he attacks good things happen but you can tell his confidence is completely shot. You can see him out there thinking before he shoots it. He's giving up the ball way too quickly and never getting it back so he ends up standing around. He definitely needs to bulk up to be able to handle driving to the basket. I would like to see Luke change up the offense some to keep the ball in his hand a little longer and let him create and see if that helps him start to get his confidence back. I have full faith he can become a multi time all-star with his skillset. His Bball IQ is high as hell. He just seriously has to fix his jumper cause he'll never be able to consistently get it off while guarded. Takes to long to wind up and against NBA defenses that split second of extra time will lead to open shots turning into contested shots.
