OP made a good point that the traditional paradigm is gone these days so what has been listed, (like responsibility and accountability) really isn't saying much, except suggesting women don't do it.

I think it's treating other people with kindness and respect no matter what they look like/where they come from/rich or poor. Being someone who leads by example, and who does it in a quiet way.

OP made a good point that the traditional paradigm is gone these days so what has been listed, (like responsibility and accountability) really isn't saying much, except suggesting women don't do it.
Responsibility, accountability, mental strength, psychical strength ect... Aren't exclusive to men. Just because they are listed as a trait of "man-hood" it doesn't mean we're they only ones that can possess them. Those are simply a few of the many traits a man should possess in order to survive and protect the people he cares about. As a man (most of the time) you're stronger than your female counterparts and for some men you're stronger than a good amount of males. To me, manhood is using this and not abusing it.Using strength to protect those who need protection and also managing all the issues that come with having more testosterone than estrogen wisely.
