A big transcendent hit record...all that other stuff y'all mentioning is, worthless messegeboard rhetoric "authenticity" and "depth" ain't selling records
GFID is the biggest debut of his career despite having the weakest single rollout he's had so far for the lead in of his albums...if he had a huge hit single with a Hard Knock Life, In The Club, Lollipop, etc. type of impact he prolly would've made a bigger jump than he did and ascended to the platinum club with this album...but no dice...
He done been co-signed by too many people....had way too many features....too much publicity to still be a "gold" artist still

) but he should drop an album (or mixtape if he doesn't wanna put out an album like that) called "William Leonard Roberts II" where he'd just drop the Rick Ross "image" for a minute & rap about more personal shyt. I mean how dope it would be to hear that type of content over some soulful production he uses?
I mean he's doing more than well so he doesn't need to change anything but I would love to hear that as a hip hop fan.
to me Ross raps over hot beats and leave you saying
that beat sounds good in the car, why would I want to go buy a album that sounds EXACTLY the same as the last 3-4
