I think it all really comes down to a respect for people in general. I don't get anything out of shaming or talkin' reckless about people .

When you taste different fruit, do you taste a different one every weekend? For how long? How many different fruits are out there? There comes a point where you've tried every damn fruit out there. So this analogy doesn't apply.
As you can see from the replies, you aren't getting much of an objective view of how women are degraded...from the men doing the degrading.
Slut shaming isn't necessarily calling a slut a slut. Slut shaming is when you call a girl who likes to have casual sex, likes to flirt, has multiple guy friends, dresses proactively a slut. None of the things mentioned means this girl has sex promiscuously but people like to assume/judge.
When people feel the need to point at "free spirits" and label them out loud and often. Oddly enough tho, females are the biggest slut-shamers out here, and we've all seen it. A chick allows herself to get ran on by multiple dudes and people start calling her a slut (and frankly she is) but some people use it as a licence to fukk wit her and call names
Males and certain females can't be slut shamed because we simply don't care. Some females are naive to think that they can live that life and then complain about the double-standard as if it will help.
