What is the appeal of Stalley?

I'm very confused by where this guy fits in in the rap world? I hear he's with MMG, I listen to some stuff, the guy has no presence, and lyrically he's not really saying anything? What's the angle with this guy?

The Production is amazing

Lincoln Way Nights is kind of like a soundtrack for you car as drive around the city. The whole thing plays like the opening scene of a movie.

The thing with Stalley is that he's a average rapper with a good hear in music.
