What is the best first person shooter out today?

Let's get this clear, ain't no best... It's all opinion, even when you're qualified to actually answer the question.

So let's review the question before we answer, the question is what is the best fps out today. We all have personal favorites but that doesn't mean it's the best. If you haven't played most fps this gen, then you can't speak on the topic.

And I'd like to keep the focus on consoles because playing with a mouse/keyboard creates a different experience. Star wars battlefront from a decade ago was deemed unplayable on PC because of it but was great on console, ditto with Titanfall1.

So what is the best, is it Halo 5?, cod? Battlefield? Splatoon? Killzone (teehee) and have you played all of these games to say one is better?

As we narrow down the candidates, I fully expected Titanfall 2 to RYSE to the top son.. s of jerome-e-ROME

It's the easy choice amongst Sony fans (Tru Story)

And Splatoon I guess we'll have to disqualify Nintendo's chance in this convo

So it's down to Halo, TF2, Bf1, Cod

Let's take into account the totality of the online experience. So you still play, is the game still fresh, did you just get one?

I'm sorry sir but you do not pass the qualifications required to have an honest opinion here. This isn't a "I've played these two games so one of them is the best" thread. You surely have not played a halo 5 or battlefield 1 to then say overrated watch is better

I just bought the game and would not recommend. I can hardley finish a casual match due to be kicked because I am new. I tried to play a few rounds but ita nearly impossible. If you dont have stats built up for others to see, I recommend buying something else. Waste of money right now

I actually have. Halo 5 is garbage and Battlefield 1 is good, but not incredible or outstanding. Don't be jumping to ignorant conclusions like that.
