I actually have. Halo 5 is garbage and Battlefield 1 is good, but not incredible or outstanding. Don't be jumping to ignorant conclusions like that.

Overwatch.

Having spent ten years with Halo and CoD, sinking enough hours into Battlefield 3 and 4 while also playing the betas for Hardline and 1, owning Titanfall 1 and putting more hours than I can count into Tom Clancy games, Rainbow Six in particular, over the last decade(Siege is the only TC game I haven't purchased), I can safely say that Overwatch is probably the more refreshing game on the list of shooters. While a lot of games can give you classes(like BF with the medic/scout/engineer/support classes) and playstyle options(CoD and Titanfall allowing you to build loadouts with perks), I feel like Overwatch has really fleshed out the idea of team composition and (somewhat) balanced concepts with the characters. Siege seems to have done a really great job of this too, but I haven't given that game a chance. It's a new IP which helps give it a new and fresh look/feel(Titanfall 1 being another instance of this), and the dev support in balancing and providing content is showing that they want the game to last.

Overwatch is surprisingly very well rounded and fun to play at all levels.

Very smooth game play, great design, with free dlc and constant balance updates.

Destiny and Titanfall 2 are also a very smooth shooter.
