Street Fighter IV (and all of its subsequent upgrades)

And folks may wanna hate on it, but Assassins Creed was obviously the most successful new series. And while it got off to a rocky start, it improved quite a bit per each iteration.

So much great memories abd moments

Mass Effect for the immersion and story. And just about everything else
COD - Modern Warfare 1 was a classic and WAW was excellent
Batman series was top notch although origins got stale
Gears was fun as fukk
Halo was cool
Uncharted was Epic
Assassins creed had it's moments
Dead Space 1 was fantastic but it ended poorly. Worse than ME imo
GTA meh

Mass Effect clearly deserves every vote, even with 3's ending, the entire trilogy is amazing and the journeys in each game are excellent.

Im playing this series right as i type this for third time. Shepherd is to gangsta my dude, even with the subpar ending that i really dont have a problem with. I would buy this again if it got a hd remake on the next gen

Mass Effect really took gaming storytelling to another plateau, even with the iffy ending of the 3rd game, I don't think cats appreciate the overarching story as much as they should, imo.

The Elder Scrolls games and Fallout were daggers in the hearts of an already ailing JRPG genre, and even though the games use the same engine, the gameplay feels totally different in each one.

I picked other but I'd have to say fallout and halo.

Was very close to picking mass effect but the game's scope and feel began to wear thin on me. I feel that game should've been bigger and more epic than what it turned out to be.
