Wegmans. I miss it, I used to go all the time when I lived in Maryland.

Here in Chicago, I usually shop Aldi’s and mariano’s. I don’t buy meat at aldi’s, Mariano’s usually has pretty good sales on meat.

We all live in different parts of the country, so we all have different grocery stores, even if some are connected nationwide.

Out my way, I would say Vons and Stater Bros. are the best, followed by Ralph's, Albertsons, Winco, Food 4 Less, Aldis, etc..

Thing is, each store has it's plusses and minuses. For produce, Von's resigns supreme! Stater Bros. meat department is the best. Ralph's has the most variety of food and goods and Winco is great for those on a budget, plus they have the best selection of spices along with being one of the cheapest grocery stores around the area.

So, for me, I go to all these stores for specific things. The site I frequent the most is Von's.

I’m in NC so Food Lion. Great savings with their MVP card.

Every area doesn't have the same stores. This will be a scattered result. I have Publix, Kroger, Aldi, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Fresh Market, Costco, Sam's Club, Wal-Mart, Target, Dollar General Market, Sav-a-lot to choose from in my area. Some other family owned smaller organic type places....

I go to Kroger the most, because it's close. Publix would probably be the top rated around here.

Actually Kroger's is the same store. They just have different names in different States. Out West I think that Kroger's is called Ralph's or something like that. Sometimes Kroger's has stores with different names in the same city. I don't get it, but I guess they must have bought out different chains over the years.

It depends on the area. South towards Florida you'll get more people picking Publix, because Kroger doesn't have a presence in that state. In Texas you'll more than likely get people who say H-E-B. But Kroger is the largest chain, so you will get a lot of people that pick them because of that. 75% of Alabama and the southern part of Georgia don't know Kroger. I'd say Louisiana is probably the same way.
