What is the best most effective roach spray out now?

So, I haven't really needed roach sprays for the last 5 years or so (blessed), but recently we need to keep one handy just in case. I'm looking for stuff that I can buy at CVS, the Supermarket, or Home Depot. I'm not looking for any illegal/underground sprays or powders. I'm not looking for any powders or bombs. I just need spray that we can use when we spot a roach that is too quick to catch and thinks his speed is gonna help him survive.

We don't really got a big problem, so a spray like Raid may just do the trick. The boys at Reddit said to try Advion. Any of y'all ever heard of such a product?

The best thing i've used that always worked for me, was this thing called "clean up".... never saw a roach as long i've been using it..... super effective.
