It's not the same. Most Italians come from New York and Jersey. They dilute the recipes in other locales bc the locals don't know about authenticity.
Like Italian style doesn't mean the same as Italian made. Anyone can copy and call it style.

I loathe Chopped. There's like 2 in a 2 block radius near 14th and F. Big ass bowl of salad that's equal in calories to a whole pizza by the time you finish all the add-ins .

Marco's. Every since I had them I haven't been back to Pizza Hut and Dominos for chain pizza since.

at people from Chicago and NYC acting like they have a monopoly on pizza. Acting like Italians only immigrated to New York and Chicago. There's this local pizzeria here in Houston that is ten minutes from my place that is owned and operated by some Italians. Their pizza is dope AF if I want something non chain.
