New York or New Jersey.... if you in live the suburban areas of these states. Love to live in Westchester or Rockland County someday, They don't seem as extreme as NYC itself when it comes to finding an apartment.

Virginia is pretty nice too, I'd love to live in North Virginia but it has the same problem as the NYC Metro area... high COL

I would say Texas.....anybody that goes there can find something they like. No state income tax.......Lots of women......Education pretty good......weather bearable, but is very warm in the summer.

Tennessee also has no state income tax along with Alaska, Florida, Nevada, South Dakota, Washington..........

Besides the heat and it being hardcore fukking republican, it seems like the ideal state.
