What is the Best Tablet Worldwide

Reason I say worldwide is there are Chinese tablets that get no play on US media.

I want to buy for a gift for my wife birthday (really for me ) .

Its either this or a Memory Foam Mattress.

Depends on what you want really. The nexus 7 has a very nice screen and is relatively cheap. Apple is compatible with everything and they have the best app store at the moment. Samsung Galaxy Note 8's S-Pen is very useful if she needs it for note-taking... I even prefer it for browsing over using my fingers.

ipad but stay away from ipad 3 if you encounter it. you can get it for a great price but it takes forever to charge

The 3 is great and you can get it relatively cheap now. Or if you wanna wait a month or two they are supposed to debut the iPad 5 soon.

Definitely iPad..simply because of how well made the apps are for it. Its no competition in that regard sadly
