In your own opinions of course.
My Panasonic took a shyt and I need to get one in the next few days

theres a story attached if your interested:

Here's my story...

I'm deployed and I'm kicking back skyping with the fam. My wife walks into the kitchen and I notice my son walking through the house just banging on shyt with a drum stick (he's 1 1/2).
At first he's hitting the sofa and I'm like :jawalrus: (my little man getting it)
Then he starts beat up his toys :patrice:
(lil breh I brought that, and you just gone tear it up huh?)

NOW he walking towards the TV
me: :dwillhuh: :mindblown: babe you not gona come get him?

I cant really see him beating on the TV, but by this time I'm yelling for her to come back:damn:
first thing she says when she sticks her head around the corner is:

Her: Hey, I cant see you....

me: .:martin: (I already knew what it was)

I already looked up the blinking codes, and its a bad SC. I cant change that right now so I'm just gona bury the plasma and go ahead with the upgrade.

I'm looking for 60inches nh and price not really a matter but I perfer to stay below 2g.
Also what's the deal on the curved TVs? Anyone own one?

thanks in advance

I just bought the Samsung 55JS9000 It's a lil bit over your price range at $2500 but it came with a free $599 soundbar. Don't know If I'm gonna keep that or just sell it new and unopened. It's curved which I really don't notice that much after a couple days now.

There's a particular reason I bought this set. The guts of it are in what's called the One Connect box. This means that in 2 years or even next year you can pay $300 and buy another One Connect box and upgrade everything in the TV outside of the panel. New processor os and if the standards change on HDMI or HDCP you can upgrade. This is their cheapest model that supports the full One Connect box. Others have the One Connect mini that just has the ports on it.

The colors on it are the best I've ever seen. It's got a game mode with an input lag of 22ms for gaming. Supports full chroma 4:4:4 if you wanna use it as a PC monitor and it does 4K @ 60Hz.

I sit dead center. When looking from the sides the curve is obvious. Def get a flat TV.

I thought the curve made sitting anywhere in the room fee like ur sitting in the center. Kinda like it doesn't matter where u sit anymore

Edit: just read the spoiler @Maddmike Sucks bro. Glad u got the paper to get right. I'd hate for that to happen n not be able to cop a new tv.
