What is the culture like at your job?

They decorate each others desks for birthdays and shyt

There are walking groups on lunchbreaks to prevent

And there is always random happy hours that I pass on going

I set my own hours...can come in anytime (cause I'm an independent broker)
Everyone is supportive and friendly.
Very non competitive.
I come in with a suit and tie...or maybe just the dress shirt slacks dress shoes combo.

Pretty chill.
