So, what is the dumbest thing somebody has ever said to you?
Ill start, in middle school, I had the hugest crush on this guy in my class.
Anyways, in history class we were partnered up and we had to write an essay on a specific technological advancement in history. I suggested that we do the television.
Me: I think we should do the tv
Him: Yeah, and lets talk about the people back then who could just see in black and white
* starts the paragraph with because*
Me: Uhh, you are not supposed to start the paragraph with because, lets just brainstorm first so what is our first point going to be?
Him: That the people in the 50's could not see in color and could only see in black and white
Me: so you wanna talk about racism

I'm talking about the tv, i'm talking about how people in 50's and 60's could only see in black and white

No, I want to write about how people's eyes could not see color until the 70's

So, you want to talk about race/?

NO i want to talk about how tv shows were in black and white and how as the years changed people's eyes have adjusted to seeing the world in color, so by the time the 70's came around everybody saw in color. That's why the tv is now in color.
