What is the female equivalent of a "nice guy"?

Hoes. Like @Action Mike said we have to take the differences between the genders into account. Men and women value different things. Men value sex. Women value relationships and caring and communication and validation. Women use "nice guys" for these things and hold out on the sex because they "don't look at them like that" in large part because they are able to get what they want so easily. It's the same deal with men, companionship and sex just switch places. Hoes have plenty of dudes that hit them up to fukk but nobody is trying listen to what they have going on or take them out or comfort them. Nice guys have chicks hitting them up to vent their frustrations or to go out on the town (on his dime) or to just hold them when they are upset but they aren't bussin that thang open.
