Honestly because while I think Houston is better than Dallas, Dallas has the bigger name notoriety because of the cowboys and that old TV show. People think Dallas Texas before they think Houston Texas unless you visited both and then you would know Houston is actually a better city.

Basically you got to visit Houston, to appreciate Houston.

Philly couldn't grow since the 1800s its 135 square miles whereas Phoenix Houston been buying counties to like 500 to 600 square miles that isn't a city. Those southern and western cities been cheating .

Atlanta sort of in between still country but not fully city but Atlanta small as well like Philly.
