What is the most blatant case of racism that has happened in your life?

As crazy as this sounds, I've never experienced blatant racism towards me.

Although I'm not sure if this counts but I remember as a kid me and my brother were at the laundrymat and we asked our dad if we can get something from the liquor store. As we were looking for what we wanted, getting getting ready to check out, this old Asian guy behind the counter kept yelling and was being rude at us for no reason, telling us to hurry up.

We went back and told our dad what happened and he was pissed as fukk, we all went back to the store my dad cussed the fukk out of the guy behind the counter, violently swung the door open and walk out. The Asian guy knew he fukked up because he didn't argue back.

Happened about 3 years ago and it still pisses off my 88 year old grandmother when it comes up cause she was there. All my Chitown brehs know Evergreen Park be about that bullshyt. So coming out of Pete's on 95th near Kedzie, I come out and drive at maybe 40 mph. Evergreen got that strict ass 30 mph speed limit but everyone around me was going the EXACT same fukking speed, some even faster. But guess who gets pulled over, the nikka with Dreads. So anyway, turns out (and was something I should have taken cared of to avoid this) my license expired literally the previous day. So now these cacs go through the precedure of shaking me down, cuffing me and putting me in the back of the squad car, all for a fukking day expired license. My grandmother seeing ALL this shyt in the passenger seat of my truck.

So we get to the station and they do that background check. You can see it on their faces, these Cacs mad as fukk my record clean as a whistle. I got the look on my face thinking like "that's right mufukkas, my people raised me right, dafuq outta here". After that they told me where the truck was parked but that I couldn't pick it up and someone else had to. I could tell this shyt was a setup, they wanted me to try and get that shyt myself and then they'd REALLY have some shyt on me. So I just hoped my ass on the Pace Bus with my grandmother and my mom picked up the truck after she got off work.

Til this day I hate driving into Evergreen, and I go slow as hell maintaining that 30 mph. If mufukkas think I'm too slow they can just go around. Not gonna give them any reason to fukk with me out there.

Around 1995-96 I was in the Highschool drumline.....we had 1 white girl join the squad....she was in 9th grade and I was in 10th. We ended up being good friends on some old talking on the phone and riding the bus to away football games together type shyt.


She was that white girl with a phat ass before all these white girls with phat asses. Never tried to get at her cause I was on that 'get my black ass to college' tip. Some how we ended up in the parking lot leaving a game together and her mom started snapping.....I heard her say 'and you need to stop hanging out with that ******!'



Maaaaaaaaaaan I went the hell off! I was only her friend never tried anything more then that....her funky ass mom said the wrong thing. With in the next few weeks I took her daughtes virginity on her mom's bed.

I made it a point to sleep with that white girl every chance I got. not to long ago she tracked my down thru Facebook and wanted to go have dinner.....she told me her mom had cancer......I was like that sucks.

When I was 6, kids told me they couldn't play with black kids. I was truly confused.

Back when I was in elementary school, I lived next door to this Indian family that had a basketball hoop in their driveway. The boy who lived there would always have his Indian friends over to play, but he would never let me or my cousin join them. The weird thing is his friends all wanted us to play, but he wasn't having it

I've had a similar experience. It was weird, it was back when I was looking for my first job. It was for a network technician job with a small company where I would travel and help companies and individuals setup their networks. I had a degree that related to Networking things like Cisco and got an interview. It was a two person interview. Two guys interviewed me on the phone first and both really liked me and told me to come in for an in person. First I met with one guy (white) and he actually liked me from what I can tell. The interview lasted over an hour and he told me that there will be a second interview with the other guy before a decision was made. I got the impression this guy was like his boss and head man in charge. Come a week later I meet the second guy who was all nice and cordial on the phone. He walks in the room I'm waiting in and you could tell he didn't expect a black dude from the phone interview when he saw. "Uh....uh...hello mr oberstein" . This interview lasted 10 minutes and he didn't ask me anything technical about the job and just some softball bullshyt like where I'm originally from . After that he had another worker escort me out and the next day I was told they decided to go with someone else.

I'm in information security with 10 years of experience and a shyt ton of certs (CCNP Sec/CISSP). Got hit up about a job, had the phone screen and was told they wanted me to interview ASAP. I get there and it's "Your bdizzle "

Then the manager damn near told me I was lying when it came to me having my CISSP (I'm assuming he didn't have his) asked to see my cert card DURING the interview.

I knew it was gonna be fukkery so I started trolling dude. He asked me so what I do for fun and I told him I read a lot and my favorite book is the Philosophy and Opinion of Marcus Garvey

I'm in McDonalds standing in line behind a white dude. The cashier was a Black chick. And she was all cheesy breezy with the white dude.

As soon as I stepped up, her smile had disappeared and a scowl with attitude showed up.

Ain't no thing to me because I knew what time it was.

But the white dude saw what happened. I looked at him and we both shook our heads.

I've had that happen more than a few times and it's a horrible experience.

on paper imma lily white woman with lots of education and skills so one day i answered a job ad they got back to me quickly for my resume 20 mins after i sent my resume they called for an interview i told them id be there in 30 minutes. i showed up the lady looked confused when i told her i was there for the interview, she went to the back and came right back out and said they filled the position i was like huh

Years ago some company found my resume online and contacted me. They conducted a phone interview which went well presumably since I was invited for an office interview. When I got there the lady looked surprised and asked how can I help you


I told her I was there for the interview. She seemed a bit flustered and said okay have a seat then she leaves the room. There were like 4 other people waiting to be interviewed as well (Asians and a white guy). After like 5 mins the lady comes back with an application and told me to go home, fill it out and mail it back to the company.

So I'm like huh? I thought I was here for an interview?? She simply says sir please fill out the application and send it back to the address... This was an office job mind you. predictably I never heard back from them. My guess is they weren't expecting a black guy and someone dropped the ball by inviting me for an interview.

When my black guidance counselor in middle school suggested that I be placed in the slow class because of my poor grades. Only did poorly because I was so bored and teachers couldn't get me to care. I showed her ass up when I got a 1360 on the old SATs on my 1st try... With no test prepping (didn't even know answering all the questions was not the wave)... In the 9th grade.


Moms and I driving my baby bro to the bay for college... We're going 80, but everyone else is ZOOMING past us, going triple digits at least... Cop pulls us over... VERY FIRST THING Highway Patrol does is ask me to get out and produce my ID... And I was asleep in the passenger's seat. Didn't even ask my moms for license/registration.
Never saw my mom get so mad.


Creepy white guy lived a few doors down from me and my teammates in dorms... Always blasting country music... And avoided nikkas like the plague.
Whenever he saw us, he'd walk in the opposite direction. Caught him by surprise once in the stairwell and he had the and sprint up the stairs to get away.
Saw into his room once... Saw Confederate flag gear, a (what I found out later to be) Johnny Rebel plush doll...and a handgun.
Got kicked out after 4 months for waving it around in front of his friends.




The worst I've ever seen was in a Cultural Psych class in college... Teacher was talking about Native Americans and their contributions to American culture... And all of a sudden, this white chick goes on a two minute rant about how they're all drunks and rape each other and bringing down the country.
It was cringe-worthy stuff.

All but two people in the class (her and the teacher... The teacher kinda [/I]had[/I] to maintain that professionalism) had the looks. Three classmates walked out. One called her a "malicious bigot."

And my black teammate was trying so hard to with this girl. Told him what she said and didn't eem care... Because PAWGing.

I have never experienced blatant racism but this got me laughing years later.

When i first moved to America, i didnt have a lot of friends and the few i had were white folks from work.

After work we would all go hang out in an all cac bar and have a coupla drinks and shyt.

On the weekends they would invite me out to (again mostly white bars/clubs to hang out).

I guess i was the nikka they felt comfortable around.

Now when i started making black friends outside of work and getting to know the city better, naturally i started hanging more in black clubs and bars.

I would then tell my cac pals at work "we need to check out this crazy joint i went to this last night"

They would all be like "ok i will meet u up at the spot tonite"

Naturally none of them bothered to show up at them mostly black bars/ clubs.

For the one or two dudes that did show up, it was real funny how uncomfortable they felt. They didnt usually last long though, always found an excuse to go somewhere else after one drink

And am like, but u expect me to be cool with being the only black face in your spot? eff that.

Nowadays if it aint all black i dont even bother,

I was real innocent bout race when i first moved here, so there might have been others i missed.
