I don't get the racism from reddit.

I stay in askreddit, entrepreneur, AMA, explainlikeimfive and I've never really seen anything racist really. Maybe a couple questionable things here and there but def not to the level of a st0rmfr0nt or some shyt like that. For a forum so large it could be much worse. OR maybe Im just looking at the wrong topics. The threads I look at generally have nothing to do with race, religion, or politics for the most part.

Most predominately White forums I've been to have their share of racists/bigots and tapdancers. The thing is that a lot of this stuff flies freely even if the mods and rules state they don't condone it. I also rarely see Whites caping for Blacks.

The people who are passionate about black issues don't identify themselves as "militants". Actually the militant label gets thrown at us sarcastically by people who want to undermine our comments or mock us.

Secondly, inviting that kind of negativity in your life isn't good for you guys, it pollutes your mind and soul.

When it comes to that kind of shyt, people who concern themselves that much with what white people think of them, makes me think that they themselves believe that they are inferior to white people.

I love how these "coli militants"(as you guys call yourselves) actually think that they're thinking on the same wavelength as guys like Malcom X or Stokely Carmichael, but those guys were fighting against institutional racism, they were fighting against all the real injustice that has been done, rather than wasting all their energy complaining about what racists thought of them they dedicated their time to fighting against the real enemy, the quiet racists in power that made the laws that disenfranchised our people so much. Maybe instead of complaining on the internet, and focusing so intently on what white people think, you should read some books and dedicate your time to improving your community, do something worthwhile breh.

I never check reddit unless it's linked from here. I just typed reddit racism and it was the first link I saw. They have entire sections dedicated to that shyt, yet it's not racist
