:wow::wow::wow:
As a Max Payne stan this game fell short for the direction they took Max in storywise, that alot of people didn't agree with and they pretty much stripped it of any humour and and witty dialogue the first two had, thanks to Remedy. The mechanics were on point but the soul of this franchise was missing from this nice to look at but in my opinion, inferior title in the series.

Tried to get into it many times but always grew bored with it. It's weird, the game has high production value but I always found the game play stale and lifeless... which brings me to...

This game got shyt on unnecessarily. Yeah it could of used a ton more polishing but it was fun with a very gritty and violent story.

The last game I followed and got SOO hyped for, only to see it fall short in it's promises and ultimately offer you a bittersweet gaming experience (That worked quite well in the first 2/3rd's of it) As far as gameplay and set pieces go, this game was damned good and the story was compelling enough up until when shyt just FAST FORWARDED to that one part...you played it...you know what I'm talking about. "AAAH fukk AAAAH fukk! MY EARS ARE BLEEDING!!!!" :damn:
:mindblown::mindblown::mindblown:
One minute you're running down the Tokoyo streets (Was it Tokyo been so long..) evading cops and the next minute you're in Columbia or some shyt fighting a civil war with little to no segue or explanation.:dahell: Alot of people didn't give it the time of day it needed, but this game's end level just ripped asunder what momentum it had in my opinion....love the characters/story and honestly wish they made it, with you being able to choose either character, Kane having to interact with Lynch and note his moods/demeanor, keep him calm and let him make certain decisions that affect his mental health. I think half way through production they said :heh: "fukk it..ship this shyt." And the end result was a game where you had to BEG Npc brehs to revive you and they said "fukk you, I'm busy" while being DIRECTLY next to you in cover.:shaq2:
You played the second one?:ld:

This game was pure entertainment. I rented it the day Black Ops came out and I ran through it in one sitting. Pretty short but it was a good game for a nice six hour or so play.

Fun ass game for the Vita and the remastered PS4 version should be on your buy list.

Couldn't pull the gun on the sequel even at $4.99. I was very hype for the follow up but was turned off immensely by the super cheap AI.

There you go.
To this day me and my bro ain't reached about an hour or more into this since I bought it at full price back then. We loved (Well I did, he was cool with it) the first one to death with those action scenes..From the bank robbery getaway, down to walking through the club with that Yakuza chick on ya back, To that grave yard fight....game was piff...then we turned this shyt on and could NOT move from one area to the next without getting shot the fukk up regardless of what we did.

...I might have to beat it Solo, but damn....
I'd love to see a Kane and Lynch reboot of the first game..but that's a pipe dream. I'd trade that for a new Freedom Fighters though.

Might low-key be a top 5 Nintendo game of all time, if you want to bytch about that you can make it top 10. Point remains the same, this game is unadulterated crack that single-handedly makes a 3DS purchase worthwhile. It got a great, long story mode with awesome characters and memorable (and hilarious) dialog from beginning to end featuring the most swagged out boss in Nintendo history. It offers tons of replayability due to the difficulty scaling allowing for more and better rewards (something Nintendo adapted in Super Smash Bros), features an incredibly deep and strategic weapon system which allows you to find your style without breaking the game and all in all is simply a game impossible to get bored of. This game is truly perfection.

The story was trash and so were the driving physics, but the hacking gameplay was really good and the online component was :ohlawd:

Still the freshest online of this gen. The best mode was basically hide and seek, but it was a blast.
