What is the most underrated game in the last 15 years?

Fear was one of the most popular games back in 2006. Everyone i knew had it

If you were Final Fantasy Tactics fan and had a 360, you played yourself if you didn't atleast give this a bit of a go to see if you could get into it. It had it's frustrating flaws and permanent Character deaths really did have you on your A-game each encounter lest you wanted to make the game harder for yourself, but this was one of the few 360 rpgs I'm glad I copped.
